Gemstone Authenticity & Disclaimer
Natural Beauty & Individuality
At Jade Plus, we celebrate the unique beauty of natural jade and gemstones. Each stone is formed through natural geological processes and may display individual variations in colour, texture, translucency, inclusions and internal patterns.
These natural characteristics are part of what makes each gemstone unique and should not necessarily be regarded as imperfections.
Photography & Colour Representation
We make every effort to photograph and present our gemstones as accurately as possible.
However, gemstone colours and appearances may vary depending on lighting conditions, photography equipment, screen settings and viewing angles.
In particular, jadeite and other translucent gemstones can appear different under natural daylight, artificial lighting or direct illumination.
As a result, slight differences between product photographs and the actual gemstone may occur.
Gemstone Authenticity & Quality Assurance
At Jade Plus, gemstone authenticity and transparency are central to our approach.
Our gemstones are reviewed using gemmological knowledge and assessed for their stated material characteristics and quality before being offered for sale.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, including relevant information about gemstone type, origin and treatments where known.
Natural gemstones may undergo treatments, and any known treatments will be disclosed in the relevant product description. Products described as Natural Type A Jadeite are represented as jadeite without dyeing or polymer impregnation.
Gemstone Certification
Gemstone certificates may be available upon request, depending on the product.
Where applicable, a complimentary local-language gemstone certificate may be provided. Additional independent laboratory certification may be arranged for an extra fee, subject to availability.
Please contact info@jadeplus.co.uk before purchasing if you require specific certification or documentation.
